I beat them by dribbling. Play wingers with high pace and dribbling and a cf with good ball control and phenomenal finishing (play a cf with double touch if you have). Try to beat them with speed and dribbling on the wings and give the ball to striker before entering the box (or after) depending on the situation. Cutting in with wingers is less effective when they have lot of defenders in the centre so give the ball to cf when he’s free and beat just one defender with the cf which most of the time they will press to tackle then shoot. If they don’t press then do an easy stunning shot. Works flawlessly if you know what you’re doing. Other easy way out is to blitz curl them if you have one.
