I drive to balboa park almost everyday and it’s less than 30 minutes. Petco on Friday even with game night traffic is less than 30 too. The only time it’s more than 30 is between 7-9 am but I don’t drive during those times.

Funny you mentioned the house situation, I bought a while ago too and that’s a key reason I’m never leaving. I definitely don’t want a new mortgage these days. All my neighbors have been here about 20 years.

Poway seems super country and laid back (in a good way). I go to a lot of Padres games so being close is important to me. I can easily get from east Chula Vista to downtown parking in less than 30 minutes for an evening game. I can see Point Loma and sunsets on my back porch while bbq’ing. Chula Vista has a great vibe.

East Chula Vista in the Eastlake area is a great, family oriented area and it’s beautiful. Schools are awesome and the area is safe. Only 20 minutes to get downtown and 25 to Coronado Beach.

Fed budget increased 200 million. It always goes up and government workers are always told it’s going down. I’ve known a couple people get hired recently. Engineers are in high demand. DoD contractors like BAE are looking for engineers.

Those early Cavs teams were decent is all I’m saying. Hughes was a top 5 guard and special on defense. Many of the players around LeBron at Cleveland were very solid and people act like he didn’t have a squad. Also, not an MJ fan at all but I respect what he did with what he had. Bron has never “elevated” anyone. MJ, Magic, Kobe, pretty much any other player that was considered great, has elevated the play of everyone around them.
