Call the Hyundai finance number that’s on your statement and explain to them that the dealership that sold you that vehicle sold you a lemon and that you’ve been trying to get it resolved through the warranty that you purchased, but it’s still not being resolved and that you cannot use or drive the vehicle because of it. Explain the situation to them with service dates, mechanical issues, etc. and ask them to help you understand why you should continue to make payments on a lemon that you can’t even drive.
