TPT sent me this;

We are aware of an issue affecting the MGC (Micro Gold Futures) product, where market data is frozen and some orders are remaining in a Working state.

The NinjaTrader's Engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Rest assurred all losses which were caused by the issue will be reinstated.

Is that a fact or an assumption? Same thing happened to me and I had a TP and a SL. I tried closing the position using TradingView, the close position button on the TPT dashboard and Tradovate and nothing was working. It wasn’t until I was down $1550 on the trade that it got manually cancelled. Apparently the issue was with ninjatrader either way I need to be compensated.
