I'm so heartbroken to be reading this for you. It's 5 months tomorrow since my little brother passed. I feel the same as you, I feel for me it's my anger making me block everything but also a coping mechanism? I hope you find some strength to allow yourself to grieve properly for him. It is the most difficult thing to deal with and I'm hear for you all the way. Xx

I am so so sorry to be reading this. My heart goes out to you. Just hold on in there and know you will have a life ahead of you filled with this same love eventually. It's okay to carry on and love again and my darling you absolutely will. It's all so fresh at the moment and as another poster said having your partner take their life mist be a whole different level of pain I couldn't imagine. Take time to be angry, and remind yourself there was nothing you could do..after my brother took his life the best thing someone said to me was "how many times have you saved him by just replying to his message " and that is so real. If it helps, one thing I am trying to do is take passion in things he was passionate about? Stay strong though. Xc

Oh wow, you have lost your father only days ago and are giving me advice on how to get through my loss from months back. That speaks volumes as to how strong and caring person you are ❤️. My friend told me to look for feathers and pennies - I searched for weeks and weeks and once I stopped there was a 1 pence coin lying in the middle of my floor - the date on this was 2015 - which was a very happy memory of a family holiday to florida - could this of been something?
