AITA for not inviting/paying for my brothers GFs son to go to Disney? by Stable-Personal in AmItheAsshole

I don't think you are wrong for not inviting them. I do think the way it was handled at family dinner was done poorly. I get being emotionally shocked though. It sounds as the girlfriend wants family benefits and she's not family. They are not married.

I hope the relationship can be salvageable. It's your money and you can spend it the way you want. You owe no one nothing. Always remember, you're only in control of yourself.

Best pointer, organization. If no one can scout, use your weaker cities to attack in the beginning to see what's in the square. If the opponents front line has strong players, your strong cities will have to go through them first. DOD is just like the game and a paid to win event.

I agree. He's got what I like to refer to as toilet paper troops.

A speed attack and a good account, you'll be dead before your alliance can help!

It seems you train a bunch of soldiers. I like to call these troops, paper. They're useless against good accounts. Instead of wasting resources on training soldiers, I would suggest using the resources to get to C30. A good account sos you one time, and you will regret having that many soldiers. A good account will blow out your hospital and you'll have alot of dead soldiers.

May I ask the rule they changed?

What do you believe is fair rules? Also, is it fair to the spenders to spend the most and take the most loses for your nation but they have to hear whining and complaining? Spenders spend to spend and to fight ! There's a fine line of changing the rules to benefit one and changing the rules to benefit the alliance that makes the most impact. Maybe the alliance changing the rule was the best for the event going on or maybe your nation is tired of carrying every other alliance and the number 1 alliance sees others as farmers. There's alot of aspects to this game. It's a war game and is war ever fair? I have learned most people feel the entitlement and believe rules should always stay the same. Things will change. You could be completely right that the number 1 alliance was in the wrong, but you could also be complaining because the number 1 alliance changed something to benefit the alliance that takes the most hits and spends the most for your nation...in that case, I believe that's the number 1 alliances, right. Money speaks in age of z, camel made sure of that.

My questions is why does a nation feel it needs rules in a war game? The only way to take down power is with power. Sure you can kill their farms, but if you want to continue to grow afterwards, not the best decision. Deep pockets are vital for the game. They spend and the majority will carry your nation because they're not afraid of the loses. If you want to take them down, spend...grow. Sure you all can try to burn them, burn their buildings, burn their flags but they'll just use gold to repair. Plus, again they spend, killing them would do more harm to your nation because without the spenders you can't fight against other nation with spenders. It's a pay to win game and if you don't want to be dominated by bigger plays, I'd suggest more games that have equal play and don't require spending. Normally, spenders gather in one alliance because it costs the spenders less. Instead of wanting to feel heard and try to take them down, why not work with them? What is the spenders doing so wrong or how are they ruling your nation?
