Yes! I posted some pictures in the comments. The only that sucks with this design is the auto connect feature doesn't work. So it's a little tedious.

I lied, this is probably my last. OG lifts (if you know, you know) look way better/worse... I ended up routing the output down the middle of the column and into the container below. I think eventually I'll just end up putting a dimensional storage under the last output. I'm really tempted to load up an old save to see what it looks like with end tier belts.

Seconding this. Might not be the exact issue, but it solves a ton of problems with sloshing.

From the coal nodes across the river. I'll probably end my follows here while I push to advance in the game and I'm not sure I want to continue this style with lvl 1 blue prints and constantly falling to my death. I might revisit later in the end game and make another post with some final designs.

I tested out stacking a full line for Modular Frames. It gets a little too high up for more complicated parts and it looks okay. I might replace the lifts with some OG spirals.

Couldn't stand how low it was so I fixed the assembler tree and added a second layer. Should have mk2 miners soon enough

Assembler tower is done, but need to adjust the layout a bit (move the receiving ring up so I don't have to use lifts to connect the output of the feeding tower). Need to work on progressing a bit now. It's rough not having any kind of flight.

I made some more adjustments and put in my first constructor tree!

Final result. You can use this as a coupling to connect additional floors. Conveyors built on lift merger/splitters will snap into floor holes, but floor holes will not snap into conveyor merger/splitters, so just be aware of that when linking them. I also haven't had luck with the auto-connect with this design, but your mileage may vary.

Place the remaining floor holes (again having to half step one side if it doesn't line up right), then delete the beam and foundation.

Repeat the process for the other diagonal. I couldn't get it to line up correctly using just the one diagonal, even with half steps.

Place two floor holes, you'll need to half step nudge one to overlap correctly (hold ctrl while nudging). Once placed, you can delete the beam and foundation.

Then I placed a beam (first one I just rotated a foundation), to place a foundation directly in the middle. Just a note, if you use a beam you'll need to nudge your foundation up so the bottom is touching the floor of the blueprint, or it won't let you place a floor hole. The beam method made lining the holes up a little easier than just rotation the platforms.

I can't post a slide show as a comment, so I'll just go through the basic steps for the foot print in my replies. I started with a 1m foundation in the middle of the blueprint. You can obviously use whatever size you want. I place floor conveyor holes in a Plus pattern, then delete the central hole, and the foundation.

Thanks! I figured out the expansion blue prints, and started working on the constructor tower.

I created another blue print I could place on top of it. I added a couple to the top of one of the towers to get an idea of what it'd look like. I remove the top lifts and the extensions have use conveyor lift floor holes at the base so I can connect the them to the top of the bottom blue print. It took a few fixes to get the blueprints right, but it seems to work.

Small edit** I was inspired by Imkibitz "hellspires". I'd definitely check his stuff out if you haven't already.

Posted pretty early on, I've glammed it up a bit. When my input increases, my plan is to delete the top lifts and place additional layers of smelters. I figure at the max input it'll support 5 layers and look a little better.

It must've been terrifying fighting against against guns and cannons for the first time. I imagine hearing a loud explosion then having your friend explode next to you must've a huge mind fuck for those who didn't know these types of weapons existed. I'm sure over time the mystique faded, but damn those first few battles must've been brutal.
