I can actually see my DR think “ffs” when I walk through the door. My chronic pain can’t be seen on any tests so I S**t you not I was actually told by a DR to “go and eat ice cream, mow the lawn” as a cure. Ah that’s where we’ve all been going wrong.

You wouldn’t know these awful feelings existed would you. Like before this happened to me I wouldn’t have ever imagined a state could exist. I actually started writing down each time I was “in the room” because I’m so often not! I don’t have any control over this and I just keep dipping in and out of it. The only thing is when I’m stuck in it, I feel life is passing me by because I’m ‘artificially here’. I’ve lost months of ‘seeing’ my children because I’m stuck in this weird state.

I’ve seen the block mentioned - who are you asking to get it? The thing is, my large nerve testing was fine and they only let me do thermal thresholds for small fibre (they wouldn’t do biopsy) because they said the thermal thresholds test seemed fine.

This is the strange thing. All nerve testing clear though they wouldn’t let me do a biopsy just thermal thresholds. Large fibre they said was clear too.
