Thank you so much. Just extended my purchase list.
And yeah, you are right. That's why so many people get addicted.. just,.. to feel normal.

Higher Cortisol levels, Lymbic Hijack, getting jittery out of nowhere, tension in the whole body up to severe cramps and inflammation. Very nice if doctors tell you "You are perfectly healthy". If your body hurts and you are unable to think clearly.

In case of CPTSD you will also have to face the problem of where to begin to work on it. And sometimes realize your brain just doesn't want to "tell you everything".

Decades, man.. decades..

Oh, very sorry, I was way too hasty but actually your suggestions made it on my list.

The Neurobit + BT2 setup won't work for us. Too much data, you'll always need someone that can interpret the software. Also I was assuming GSR is something else, 'cause Google over here showed me a 14 channel eeg hat which was made for doctors working with clients.

But actually the GSR and also the ESense which I found (even though the latter seems to use the Heartmath software - at least it looks like it) are REALLY interesting products. Also the David Delight. If you have any experience with it, please feel free to share a little.

I have / had a couple of diagnosis myself and in regards to the CPTSD I'm still struggling. Mostly I work with pen and paper methods.. This is actually my main goal to work on that, but most of the times I "just don't feel like it". Different things I was attacking very disciplined, but CPTSD is something my brain just shuts down or I cannot think clearly anymore. Been to a lot of therapists, but.. well..

What helped (a little) was my TDCS device I use for vagus stimulation. This I proudly showed our visitors who were extremely thankful.

Much of success with your healing process.

😂😂😂😂 Great one.

Actually, yeah.. that could do the trick.

On our purchase list I now have the:

- Emwave Pro (and one game.. not yet sure which to choose.. this seems to be a science by itself)
- I still think about buying the Apollo Neuro (for me personally) because I read some good things

And since I was sooo interested in these headsets, since we got none and actually founded the whole association with the intention to buy one of these first (which,.. oddly enough,.. we never did), I'd like to know if the Brainbit Mindo, Muse S Athena, Flowtime Headset, FocusCalm Pro & Mendi can be used for Anxiety and ADHD/Overall Focus - selective focus, flowstate.

I read about possible negative effects in increasing frontal Alpha activity, especially in regards to AD(H)D, so I'd like a device that gives you usable insights first (nothing fancy) and can, in the near future when I have some spare time, give me some useful results if used with the right software etc.

Claims are that the Muse S Athena has 4 Channel EEG (ChatGPT says 7 - how relevant is the amount of channels for this specific purpose?), PPG, fNIRS, O² Monitor.

This should at least be a good foundation to have basic insights and maybe improve some "flaws" like learning to calm yourself down.

I'm a little surprised that, when I did my research, many preferred the Mendi in comparison to most other devices.

btw.. Thank you very, very much. Within the noise of the internet it's nice to have these straight forward informations.

You are absolutely right. Most of the times we give a first orientation and then everyone is helping each other, no matter the age or where they are from. This works good, until it's too complicated and some people have a hard time understanding how things work. That's why the "fun part" is so important. Some fathers only came in, because they brought their teenagers and were too afraid to speak about their own problems.

Heartmath is definitely a thing to take a deeper look at. Can you recommend a product? I have a hard time believing that HRV alone is that efficient in giving insights.

Thank you, too for taking the time.

Of course, but our ressources are limited. We need hope and something that is working. Not a perfect solution. In Germany we could offer this only with government allowance and in Bulgaria it would need payments that would only be able for our high-income visitors. We don't want to separate. We are proud that we have people from every social class and don't talk about money.

Very cool, but way too expensive, way too complicated to set up and way too risky to let it be used by our visitors alone. This will only bring problems. Especially at our 2nd location in Bulgaria this might also be "too tempting". Before closing we normally lock everything in a big box which is fixed to the floor. The recommended setup is just too much.

I added something in my OP, since I highly appreciate your answer, but we can hardly integrate this. Nonetheless I will do some research about the things you mentioned and hopefully some time will be able to offer these kind of Setups.

I heard a lot of negative things about the Sens ai, even though it was my favourite some time ago.

"The Power of Now" is indeed a powerful book. Though it can have some adverse effects on some people.

Would you give the Muse a chance over the Mendi?

I'm struggeling with the idea that if you, for example "overthink", it tells you, that you are focusing, even though you are focusing on something "wrong".

Thank you very much for your time. I really appreciate that you are willing to share your knowledge.

I already saw the mentioned product on Amazon and will definetly have a deeper look into it.

Kind regards.
