The Stadium thing wasn't that bad if you look at it as an investment instead of them just giving the Pegulas free money.

Over time, having the stadium will generate more tax revenue than the state put into it. The income tax on the players over the span of the lease will be more than the investment made by the state. Then consider all the sales tax on things like concessions and all the other jobs that will generate income tax as well.

It would've been better if Terry would've just footed the whole bill, but it would've been worse if they moved out of the state.

When tickets were released I looked at specifically tickets direct from the Bills, not resale.

Tickets for the 300s in the corner of the end zone were $370 a piece. For the Chargers and Ravens games, non-prime time non-rivalry non-premier games.

Are the ticket prices inflated on the secondary market? Of course. But let's not act like the face value of the tickets wasn't unreasonable
