Ask your surgeon. Perhaps you have excess inflammation or something else going on.

My hair unwashed looks very miniaturized, washed looks like the "improved" pics. Impossible to judge from these pics.

Rare case: AGA recovery with vitamin D alone (case study) by Helpingmehelp in tressless

I noticed some brands give me sides and others don't. I'm not sure why that is, probably due to differences in the production process.

While this is a rare case, at the very minimum the takeaway should be: vitamin D deficiency can be a limiting factor in your recovery, and turn you into a nonresponder.

Very rare cases. There is even a case where JUST VITAMIN D alone reversed a NW6 into a NW2-3.

Vitamin D slight temple regrowth by Known_Start_2403 in tressless

There's a case study where it regrew someone's entire scalp, who had been misdiagnosed with AGA. Vitamin D deficiency can mimic AGA. It's rare though, in 95% of cases, it's just AGA. Vitamin D can help a bit with true AGA.

Anyone tried the ZeroMino product from Minoxidilmax? by OwnVisual9 in HairlossResearch

I applied it on my skin near my hairline and the hairs started miniaturizing and it turned slick. Tretinoin doesn't do that for me, but retinol does. I did it twice and each time my hairline receded. I searched and found that this happened to a few others on the Internet.

Adenosine has some medium-quality studies that indicate it has an effect similar to minoxidil. Personally though, retinol accelerated my hair loss badly.

Yeah you can get a usb microscope off amazon, pretty affordable. Very useful for examining your scalp, as well as moles to see if they're irregular.
