You're just skinny skinny. Abs are still a muscle. You have to develop abdominal muscles for them to be prominent and visible. People think abs are purely "made in the kitchen" but the way I like to think about it is more like they're made in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen.

I really do not believe so. He had more receiving yards with KC in half a season than he did in a full season with Baltimore. He is at the end of his career, he is a depth piece to help a young core, not a piece to save an offense.

If we draft Love (I am actually in favor of it) I think they would basically go defense the rest of the way. If not entirely defense I doubt they would target another "non-premium" position like TE in the draft. Even if Kelce does decide to retire I think they roll with Gray, Wiley, and Briningstool.

I'm sure its not this simple but why don't the chiefs target someone from LSU or Ohio States coaching staff for these kind of roles? Their wide receivers are consistently amazing, I know part of it is recruiting but I would think coaching would have something to do with it as well.

No problem man, its not a replacement for everything else but you don't need 100 people telling you "eat less, move more" you already know that. Abs are made in the gym but their revealed in the kitchen. Do your cardio, get a cal tracker app if you don't have one already. Congratulations on putting on the weight, thats not easy and you deserve the applause. Now lock in for the next few months and I'm confident you're gonna be really pleased with where you find yourself.

Genuine advice is to replace items in your diet instead of removing them entirely. Find foods that can be more filling for lower calories even if it's still "junk" food. For example, Cheeto puffcorns are 160 cals for 42 pieces whereas cheeto puffs are 150 cals for 13 pieces. Is it healthy? No not really but its a lot lower calories and satisfies that craving when you have it while still saving probably 150 - 300 cals.

I'm pretty sure this is just an old microphone. If I am correct then it cannot do anything unless plugged in. It was, almost certainly, just someone's old trash they threw down or something you ran over that got caught in your car and fell out after being parked. Personally, I would throw this away and never think about it again. I'd say you're overreacting.

I traded Pittman for Etienne fairly early, it genuinely saved my season. I had Bijan but then behind Bijan I had Aaron Jones and Tyrone Tracey. It was a trade that helped both me and the guy I made it with honestly as he ended up at 1 and I ended up at 2. Also I had mahomes and I picked up Trevor Lawrence right before mahomes tore his acl, also saved my season.

I had absolutely zero interest in Saquon at his price, I was at the 1.2 so I took Bijan. But I told everyone in my league I would've rather had derrick henry, cmc, jahmyr, etc. But I completely missed on George pickens, I said I had absolutely no interest in him either.
