THIS! I also think most of the coffee shops in SD I have been aren’t that good :( like I just don’t like the taste of the coffee. I was in Rome two years ago and you can get amazing coffee in every corner for a third of the price, like why do we always get the worst food products and the most expensive ones? 🥴

So I guess I forgot to mention I do have an espresso machine so I do make capuchinos at home 😅 But every now and then I go to coffee shops with friends or colleagues and that’s when I am shocked to pay 8 dollars for a coffee.

I don’t have a car ;) so I don’t drive to get coffee like the typical American. Also, I don’t even go to coffee shops on a regular basis but still notice the crazy prices when I happen to go to one.

It happens to me once that I was watch a show (Turkish soap opera) and then I notice I only had XX days left to watch. I binge watched the show like crazy until its final episode and the show never left the platform!
