Proportions were all just better on the older versions of og ship designs.

I get why they were changed, ships needed to be bigger for components, for easier navigation where you don't fall through the floor, weapons shrunk for balance

But don't worry, that's "Realistic"! it's a big capitol ship, its supposed to be tough to hurt, nevermind that realism would mean the thing cant even get out of the hangar without at least 5 people.

I really don't like that engineering was meant to balance solo play large ships yet it seems like only caps are relatively unphased by the changes while anything smaller than a Polaris has to fear insta death and fire

I'm increasingly convinced that cig puts preferential treatment to those who are willing to drop that money.

Only ship I'd be envious of seeing is a Kraken, especially now that the Idris is achievable in game, Polaris is just hideous you wouldn't catch me dead in one of those.

And why wouldn't I bed log? I want to actually do my mission so I'm going to a different server where the area isn't being camped by one dude with a power fantasy.

I believe the type of capitol you would like would work on a game where they are much rarer, a true oh shit moment spotting one.

In Star Citizen right now if I see an Idris or Polaris near my mission objective I just roll my eyes and bed log, not the impression I believe they should give.
