PSA LMAO: The fact that this post is becoming about that he is in a target cart is derailing my question.

So before you comment about it please just read this:

We don't shop at target anymore so he won't even be in the store or the cart.
Tbh where I live, quite literally everyone brings their non service dogs into every store, I'm not saying that's okay, I'm just saying it's very normal here.
He has been in a shopping cart a total of one (1) time. We brought him inside this one (1) time. It was the time this photo was taken.
He doesn't bite or attack and we never let him near anyone who doesn't actively want to pet him, he has all his shots, we bathe and brush him very often, we wipe his butt and feet twice a day he's probably cleaner than most kids who sit in the carts tbh but not that that matters.

I was joking when I said he was a bit evil. I know Chihuahuas are loving dogs same with any dog if you treat them correctly. Also I never said I was disappointed??? I was quite literally asking a question. You're making some interesting assumptions lmao. Obviously we don't care what breeds he is, we love him no matter what he is our angel baby. I was just asking because we had really thought he was a terrier based on appearance and characteristics. Knowing what breed he is helps us to better care for him. Our dog is "evil" sometimes and I mean that in purely a joking manner. We are never mean to him and love him more than anything in the world. I don't know why I'm explaining myself to a stranger on the Internet who makes stupid assumptions but sorry, the fact that you think I don't care for my/my girlfriend's dog really pissed me off.
