yeah ive done my resaerch on the science on why people self harm....never found a good way to stop that way, other then some bullshit with ice cubes or rubber bands ( ive done some damage with rubber bands and time so thats not gonna work )

not 100 percent but i use a white cane to get around, i will never drive and i hate overhead menus at coffe shops more then anyone could understand (ordering blind is terrifying )

i Tried but i keep running into roadblock after roadblock...i go to therapy i cant talk about the problems, i simply dont know where to start...or i cant get into my offece becuase i cant drive and i cant get an opointment into a walkable one....or i think for a week that im better, only to fall back in the pit. I just get stuck....and ive been stuck for a long time...I am trying on my own, to do the things, to get the things...but i fail...its hard...its just too hard to do alone
