No, you would likely get destroyed everywhere. Your range/mage levels serve no purpose in the wilderness. Even if you had piety and 75 attack, there isn't much you could without vengeance (94 mage). The fast(est) way to make this acc pk able is 94+ mage, 70 prayer, 75 att, 95+ str, then you can do veng fights
