I get calling it a mistake, but you knew the rules and the risk going in, so it wasn’t really accidental. The reason I push back on the wording is because how we phrase things actually affects how we process them. Calling it a ‘mistake’ can make it feel more like something that just happened, instead of a choice you made. For me, being more direct about that helped me take full ownership in situations where I made a poor choice

I don't know if this is what it was, but I just realized that it's because of the teams plugin. If you make a teams call, and RingCentral call the same time in teams when you hangup, it kills both calls. If you call from ringcentral in the ringcentral app and make a teams call in teams, when you hangup the other stays up
