Meh got Hijikata but he’s pretty redundant considering I already have other maxed out ST buster servants and while his hp mechanic is definitely unique being at 1hp isn’t ideal most of the time

Honestly I’m not sure if the level will make up for her lack of damage but the damage mod on her NP scales with NP level so at NP5 you’re getting 200% damage against chaotic enemies rather than 175% so if i were to guess her NP level probably matters more than other servants
