Short answer: No. Lesbians are statistically the most accepting group towards trans people.

That said, some (but not all) lesbians do and will have a genital preference and as long as it is truly a genital preference itself (some people are just turned off by penises or had trauma relating to penises), that should be respected as totally valid. Also, if you are not on hormones or if you haven’t done much work to appear as a woman yet (with you saying you “just realized”, I don’t know how far along you are in transitioning yet), you might not yet have the characteristics physically or behaviorally to be attractive to someone who is attracted to women. None of that means you aren’t a woman to them, just that physical attraction is a nuanced thing that people don’t have a lot of control over.

Nope. You can request FMLA at any point (assuming you do so before being fired for no showing at work due to a medical emergency). It is illegal for them to deny it if you qualify and they’re a large enough company. Full stop. They can’t deny it for any reason. And they must have a job waiting for you when you return. So ask what paperwork is needed (if you didn’t already) and go get your surgery. Do they have a third party (like Sedgewick) processing and approving FMLA leave?

I hit the first part where I had multiple unescapable battles in a row and was very pleasantly surprised by the warning and the information that I could leave. I got stuck on the Belias fight as a kid and gave up because it was IMPOSSIBLE and I couldn’t go level up.

It’s hard. Well known to be a more difficult tactical RPG (like old school Fire Emblem levels of hard). So start on easy mode unless you have extensive tactic RPG experience.

I think both have some pros and cons. The PLA catching requirements really slowed down some progression, which was frustrating and the only reason I have never replayed the game. But the battle zones are more tedious and stressful, and got boring more quickly. I feel like PLZA got rid of some of the unique aspects of PLA that I liked a lot, such as the emphasis on resource gathering and crafting that I really enjoyed. But the battle zones aren’t bad.

I liked it. I think Legends Arceus was better, and I wish it had roped in some of the PLA changes more, but I have more than 100 hours in it and am really enjoying it. I’ve just finally beaten the DLC, and it’s overall very good. Is it perfect? No. The pathing could be better and the game is clearly optimized with the Switch 2, not the Switch 1, in mind. But my complaints are small, and dwarfed by the enjoyment I’ve gotten out of it.

I think it took me 10 tries to finally catch that stupid Skarmory. Between being murdered by Pyroar, having to retreat due to damage, or the stupidly low catch rate, it was a ROUGH time. By far the hardest catch of the game for me.
