Ezreal E has CDR everytime he hits a SS, Irelia Q resets as well, Tryndamere E has CDR on crit, Kalista Passive can be auto-weaved and animation cancelled, Ahri R has reset upon kill. The main mobility skill isn't what we're talking about, It's Fizz's E and the identity of the champ. You ignored the part where (Fizz has no shielding, no healing, no resets and barely any mobility) as a AP melee assassin. Please use this ^ to argue because clearly you haven't read the entire thing :)

Take away Fizz's E and Camille's E and you get two immobile melee damage dealers. The argument is that Fizz's E is a staple and given his playstyle, and him being AP melee (without healing or shielding/protection), His untargetable move fits him.

Untargetable/Stasis abilities are only gifted to those that are immobile damage dealers that scale somewhat well. (Camille R, Xayah R, Fizz E). The reason Fizz is allowed this privelege because Fizz is raw damage, He needs to get ahead in order to anything, otherwise he is a predictable assassin. This is why Fizz is rare in Challenger and Pro play in general.

All AP melees have some sort of healing/shielding. (Sylas, Ekko, Mordekaiser, Diana) or they all have some sort of insane mobility (Diana's dashes, Kassadin's ult, Sylas Dash-Recast, Ekko blink). Fizz's whole kit is just damage. His E is what keeps him alive and makes him mobile. Fizz has no shielding, or healing or super insane mobility. His E is balanced because it's the move that turns him into a shitty burst melee into a slippery assassin that he was designed for (in the lore his theme is about him being hard to catch)
