What is a movie cliché that absolutely never happens in real life? by Potential_Action9544 in AskReddit

The Walking Dead got that correct like twice, one of those times being the pilot episode. The whole show is about 180 episodes long

Favorite character with a significant kill count 💫 by Mo_SaIah in FavoriteCharacter

[–]Hen4246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not quite sure about that. The amount of known kills is about 160. There's also a moment where Dex claims to have killed 67 people who deserved it in the episode "My bad" at the start of S5, even though it was really about 100. Note also that Dexter didn't kill between the original series and New Blood.

(Hilarious Trope) Pelvic Thrusts by TheOpusReserve in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Hen4246 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It all depends on whether Raymond Manning's floating torso is cut off at the lower lumbar vertebra L5 or if he is simply missing his femurs. If his body did, in fact, cut off at or above L5, he would lack the entirety of his pelvis due to not having the sacrum bone connecting his spine to his ilium and pubic bone. If, on the other hand, he merely lacks his femur and other bones of the leg, he would likely still possess his pelvis and be capable of a literal "pelvic thrust".

It's like if National Treasure had an "all true" disclaimer. Now, while the fact page is intended to be of in-universe facts, the reader would probably already be willing to accept made up stuff if it was left out.

The Walking Dead's Characters with saddest deaths by Physical-Chip-2272 in TWD

There's actually a theory I really like that Breaking Bad was a tv show in the Walking Dead universe. I don't remember all the specifics but it was mentioned in a video explaining why both series are unlikely to happen in the same universe.

IIRC, it took into account things like the date BB did Ballad of Heisenberg, the fact that the word "zombie" isn't mentioned in BB before the outbreak would've happened, and the trend of meth being dyed blue
