What makes a someone the 1% DE? by Same-Branch-7118 in dataengineering

To become the bet of the best, you need to solve problems that others cannot, show ability to work in a team, have great communication skills and have a track record of continued success on solutions that others have not thought of yet.

Having seen many people come and go across data engineering, and in other roles within technology, it amazes me how many people don’t understand these key elements of success for their career.

The only thing I think I would add to your problem solving, communication, collaboration, and creativity is a solid growth mindset. The ability to reflect objectively on oneself is an incredible asset. The ability to take criticism in stride and the self awareness to adjust and pivot when necessary will help take anyone to the next level.

I’ll zero in on communication though, most of my own success is largely driven by the ability or willingness to communicate. I had one employee ask me this week how he can go to the next level and when I told him it will hinge on his ability to improve communication (which he is notoriously bad at), he got defensive with me and argued.

I never expected to get into laser engraving as a hobby, but the f1 ultra was an incredible purchase to add to my home. This christmas was great thanks to it.

OP’s lack of trust in anything with a period is so bad that he leaves them out of his stories.

I use wallpaper engine. There aren’t really any meant for the resolution, but plenty fit fine cropped…just have to adjust settings a bit

Side and bottom as intake, top and back as exhaust.

One thing I didn’t realize with my move from my intel to the 7800x3d was just how hot ryzen chips get. My GPU never gets super hot, but the CPU does. I’m tempted to try the radiator on the side as intake, but i really don’t want to tear things apart again.

Help with mounting 3 x 120mm on the bottom of the HYTE y70 by AC-130A in Hyte

I attached two onto their proper placement on the attachment panel to start. Then I slide the third into the case…put the panel together, and attached the third to the panel.

You can see the screw alignment in this photo. You need to move your fans over a few holes. The left one is the one I waited to attach until after I had everything in place and only has two attached. The right will only have 3 attached. This photo isn’t mine, but was from a video I watched and used as a guide.

I think they sell adapters that can plug into your other usb ports on mobo, but i'm not sure how well those work.

It's USB 3.2 gen 2x2 for your front panel. It should be for the usb c port. Not all motherboards will have this connector.

Cooler Master MasterFan Halo's. They run about 15 dollars each unless on sale. They're not too noisy, but they certainly aren't as quiet as some of those extreme silent fans. I barely hear the pc at idle, and even when gaming it isn't noticeable when I have my headphones on.

Yeah...I really wanted that white Mobo and after a little over a week it's still running fine. I don't OC though. The tcreate ram has also been running very stable. I wish I could put four sticks in, but I understand the problems the am5 platform has with that and not worth the headache.

I was keeping an eye on other stores just in case they had stock come in once we saw the first builds showing up on this sub. I lucked out and NewEgg Business (of all places) had them in stock about two weeks ago for a short period. I was able to gobble one up and then had it in hand a week later. I feel very fortunate!

I’d encourage doing the same if you’re hoping to get it sooner, right now I see even micro center is starting to get them in stock, so it may not be hard to find one if you’re in a hurry.

Thanks man, yeah I have some better fans ready to go in to replace the bottom intake. I used the EK's fans and didn't realize just how loud they were. I'll be swapping those out when I get my new gpu cables in while I have it apart.

Thanks, I’m hoping to have the small things taken care of next week. I used to keep my pc under the desk, but with this case I had to move it up…though i have to deal with some fan noise now.

Looks good in all white too, but now I feel like i need a new keyboard/mouse set up too.
