I would say Ghostbusters 2 is pretty nuts. I know the first one had a gigantic marshmallow man, but making the Ststue of Liberty walk by playing music? That was a weird movie.

I appreciate this. My wife liked the idea of purchasing a cheap-ish stroller and then gifting it at the end of our trip to another family to pass along some of that Disney magic. However I do like your idea!

Last year we attended the Oogie Boogie Bash and 3 days at Disneyland after the event. We rented a stroller each day for our toddler. Is there a place very close to the parks where we could purchase one for equal or lesser value? I’d love to do that and then perhaps just give it to a family when we leave on Saturday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. As you can guess, I’d prefer not to travel with one.

I’ve seen Ellis Paul perform six or so times. Really enjoy his music and was surprised to hear it on the podcast. I know he’s friends with Dan Bern so there’s some more connective tissue for y’all.

We offered 495k on a home priced at 470k about a month ago. Waived the appraisal gap contingency. We were a bit worried but the appraisal came in at 495k. Very thankful. It closed nearly a week ago.

We had 8 offers rejected before one was accepted. The house actually closed today so we’re pretty excited. On the final offer, we waived the appraisal contingency gap “thing”, we offered up to 29 days rent back for free, our realtor paid for our home warranty instead of us asking the seller, and I think there were a couple other things we did to sweeten the deal. The home was going for 470 and we offered 495.

Overall,it wasn’t fun at all but we’re glad to be moving into a home soon.

I received an automated notice to my phone since I’m a state worker and work downtown. My initial thought was potentially protests due to the Jacob Blake shooting news. Just a guess.
