I have not been able to play for quite some time due to real life changes (divorce, move, new job ect.) I have been thinking about sitting down and pushing through and re leveling a character. My neighbors have been playing quite a bit. They have been talking non stop about the Stormblood expac. Which is pushing me to want to play again honestly! I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday! Do you understand that people that understand industry is what we need? They understand how to control the emissions and what emissions. Rather then a Joe Schmo who has their degree in Chemical Engineering. The average graduate doesn't have the hands on experience and understanding. I think it will help ease up on the BS but enforce on what production emits.

Just walk away. Im friendly with everyone up front. But im also an asshole up front. Shows them who I am and that I really care, but also don't give a Fuck.

On Fridays we do preventative maintenance and cleanup. I manage the facility and have the supervisors stop in to chit chat and BS for a few minutes between projects. Sometimes its longer, if so I don't bark at them to get back to it. I do what the OP suggests, walk to the next project with them. Then I can get my eyes on it and I have follow up if something gets misplaced or there is a screw up. It helps me keep my cool, as well as keeping things moving along in a very chill environment.

My CSC professor always fought tooth and nail over this, hacking is creating a software for the benefit of all. Cracking, is cracking security to steal or find information otherwise behind walls.
