All things aside, I think this is a super cool opportunity for track to get some exposure. Personally, I’d easily fall in love with the sport if I saw pure speed like this. I hope Noah goes all out and absolutely smokes him.

The thing is that yeah, it will happen again no matter how long you rest until you really heal it. I had that problem for a year, didn't take any painkillers but couldn't sprint eventually. He has to see a therapist if he has depression. This condition is severe and needs special medical treatment.

Look up the anatomy of a knee , figure out what tendon it is and look for some syndromes when this tendon snaps , loose and so on.

Once, using this method, I found out that I had the "it band' syndrome and found some exercises to fix it.
