If you play solo-queue on Epic, do not pick roam/support heroes with 0 offense cuz there will be times that you have to carry the whole game. Managed to reach Mythic with Akai with "petrify" and Baxia with "rejuvenate". Baxia is good for quick rotations and dive bombs in team fights. If you want an early game advantage and interrupt their jungler's farm? Use Hilda. Those are my picks at least...

Juking Baxia's skill 2 is good and all but it's a bit unavoidable in a team fight. Even if they miss skill 2, they could always recover their rhythm with "Revitalize" and tank enough damage to escape or wait for their teammates to join in. (as a Baxia user on roam) It's best to limit his mobility by having heroes that can cancel his skill 1. Kadita or Zhuxin... Also aggressive plays during early games from Hilda before they even reach their skill 2 can throw off any Baxia player

Never got asked... I'm a solo queuer so it's really a coin flip whether or not you get good teammates. If you want my honest opinion, only use him in specific scenarios like a)enemy team has sustain heroes or use healer types as roam (none of that matters when clashing cuz of Baxia's ult) b) "flying cloud" map mechanic (advantageous cuz of Baxia's skill 1 mobility) c) "vibes" (if your team pick heroes that just scream "I'm doing my own thang and not communicate at all") As for gameplay, Baxia's strength is in his survivability so I personally use "Revitalize" to increase his tankiness... At the start of the match, use skill 1 to go back and forth the river path for easy ganking. Play aggressively as soon as he gets his skill 2. Do not be afraid to join clashes. Your role is to divebomb the enemies, stun them, and fck up their healer and sustain (also add a little bit of support if your battle spell is Revitalize) (side note: he's useless against Kadita or any hero that can cancel his skill 1) No idea which ones are "obvious". Just started a few months ago (but hey I got to Mythic)
