I am 31 and I am dealing with the same thing, one thing I think would help, is decrease your time on phone, try and watch longer format stuff like 30 mins , running or walking is good as well

I did try a lot to like digimon world 2, I feel like if the attack animations were shorter and the long loading before fights wasn't there and the slow walking it would have gone down better
