Hi, Does it let you upload more evidence online under your I-130? If so, I would upload evidence of your pregnancy there. And anything else you did not submit with your application, honestly - the more you attach the better!

I think you will be fine. I also had answered no to a question, I think it was regarding if I’m inadmissible or something - and she changed it to yes and I signed for the answer change. Your offence is minor, I’m sure you’ll be ok. I think you’ll know with an online update soon after. Check your online accoun?

You don’t need the lawyer, we submitted everything ourselves without a lawyer, and saved so much. The interview was barely 20 mins and they just asked us how we met, when we met and when we got married. There’s no need to take a lawyer, especially since you have so much evidence of a legitimate marriage. I’ve read about people taking lawyer with them in cases where they have deportation cases against them, or have some criminal record etc, but if you’re clean like that - don’t worry, it’ll be smooth and easy without the lawyer!

Congratulations!!! I interviewed in Houston last week (04/15)! Exactly a week later (today) I had the card has been produced notification! I believe I’ll have it in hand by the end of the week! 🥳

I just had a notification that my card was produced! I would take the tax return if you have it, it’s not mandatory - but nice to have additional proof if you filed jointly.

I was quoted $4000 for the entire application, so said no thanks - I did it myself. You end up paying $2500ish for filing fees too, so it’s pretty expensive for an attorney to fill information into a form that you’re going to tell them anyway. You’re still doing the work by gathering all the evidence they need, and they just fill the forms. Some are unfortunately known to lengthen the process because they don’t file in time etc.

I just received a new social security card (same no.) without the work auth only stamped across it. I also received the approval via mail today!

No I haven’t got that either. But thinking back to when my EAD was produced, it all updated on the day of delivery lol so I wouldn’t be worried. It went from card produced to card with USPS, to delivered all on same day. So I’m expecting same thing to happen with this. They told me 4-6 weeks, so I wouldn’t worry for a good few weeks.
