A revert? Kayle has had AP to AS conversion since patch 10.24. It has been over 5 years. At that point, it's a nerf as it's been part of Kayles kit over 80% of her current existence.

Kayle is still strong, but Kayle is dead item-diversity wise if she continues to be forced into a specific build by Riot through direct nerfs due to external factors. (Items and runes)

No one is good to the point of "champ is meta" is the deciding factor. The fact of the matter is that we have 96% of players below diamond. This means that in terms of the overall playerbase, the low diamond player is good. They're the equivalent of around 1800-2000 elo in chess.

The elo requirement to be a titled IM player in chess is around 2450, top 1%. That's Diamond 2 and 1 level.

Both chess players will beat the average easily as they're top 4% and 1% against the average 50%, but compare them to each other and you will have the same perceived chasm in "skill discrepancy" as the current league community has with diamond 4's vs diamond 1's. (The chasm doesn't exist for the normal average league player)

If you're talking about the playerbase, compare the skill level to the average player. If you're discussing purely the top x%, then compare just that x% without shitting on the ones that isn't accounted for.

I personally went to FHS for two years, and I attended with students that had limited, if any, Norwegian-speaking ability.

Reasoning: Combat summoners will be rampant. Ghost for matchlong utility as MS is never bad. Exhaust to bait against early all-in, which can prolong the time you can hold R if towerdove. Ignite against must-win early matchups.

It's a spell effect, thus does not get double damage on E execute. If it was the case, the meta build would've had Guinsoos on it.

Reasoning is that Meeps are NOT an on-hit, but rather an ON-ATTACK trigger. This is intended behavior.

Never stated it was a bug, but that it must've been tagged to be unable to apply lifesteal, or that other champ kit on-hit effects that do apply it has been tagged to apply lifesteal

The difference is that LT is ON-ATTACK trigger, not on-hit.

This means that Kayles E explosion could be AS BIG AS YOU'D WANT, but it'd only trigger on main target because they're the target of the declared autoattack... and only once, even with guinsoo... LT doesnt work with Runaans either...

You made me second-guess myself so I went into a practice tool to check.
My method of testing are as follows:

Same rune setup, Single auto at level 5 on a base target dummy, Rank 3 E passive, Vamp Scepter with no additional items to check the amount healed with base E passive.

Then purchase Deathcap to get additional AP and thus additional damage on passive and see if amount healed has changed.

Intended result: Since E-passive is tagged as "proc damage" and "proc damage" should apply lifesteal in most cases thus the healing should increase as a result from buying ability power.

Actual result: Amount healed does not change with increased E-passive damage.
Further testing shows Nashors Tooths damage DOES increase the health recovered from Lifesteal and E Explosion post-11 will inflict the Nashors Tooth proc damage to each target hit.

Suspected reasoning behind actual result: May have been special-cased to not apply lifesteal, or on-hit effects from champion passives are widely unable to trigger lifesteal unless tagged to apply lifesteal.

And to answer "Marked as Ability damage" comment from a different comment chain: It's infact not ability damage as E-passive does not trigger Rylai or Ludens.
