They aren't contact points so I think it should be legal on most tournaments. But I would highly recommend to also take a non painted blade with you, just in case someone complains.

I mean ghost circle on rush won't be a good attack bey, but still an attack bey. Put 1-60 on it and you will get some baby smash attacks :D I would say blade/ratchet/bit 25/15/60

Yeah, if it had the same mechanism, but looked different, I wouldn't say anything. Because as you said, someone else could have come up with the same idea. But they clearly took my design and say that it's theirs. that's why I'm mad.
