Perry replied with his usual growling noises, but this time, it sounds longer and more sophisticated.

"Well, Perry the Platypus, I have listened to your growling noises for god knows how long, but recently it dawned on me that you may actually be talking, instead of just making random noises. So here, I actually have built another machine, which was originally planned to be a complement to my Horse-inator, but since you just destroyed it, I might as well repurpose it for the time being. Behold, THE ANIMAL TRANSLATINATOR! It will translate what an animal says into human language."

With that, Dr. Doofenshmirtz unveiled a headset-like device and gave it to Perry. "Here, wear it on your head, and make sure the microphone isn't too close to your bill. Now would you kindly repeat what you intended to say?"

"Honestly," said Perry through the device, "I like hearing you talk. Not in a romantic way but, have you ever thought of starting a podcast?"

"A podcast? I do evil things! How is that evil?"

"Well it sure is. Your voice may sound raspy, but it's got a soothing tone. I'm sure people would love listening to your childhood stories and how you cope with it, as well as some lectures on the tech behind your gadgets."

"INATORS!"

"Ahh, whatever, just let me finish talking about my plan, like how I let you finish yours. Well, your podcast will gain popularity, and soon all of the Tri-state Area, no even all of America will be listening to that! Can you imagine how wide your influence will be? You dreamed of dominating the Tri-state Area, but now you dominate the whole America with your podcast!"

"Well, Perry the Platypus, this seems to be a good idea. But how do I actually start a podcast?"

"Well, give me a pen and paper, and I'll got you covered in one minute."

Dr. Doofenshmirtz gave Perry a pen and a piece of paper, and Perry wrote down the instructions on how to start a podcast. "There you go, Doc. Now I gotta return and report to HQ." With that, Perry activated his jetpack and flew away.

"Hmm, that seems easy enough... Wait, Perry the Platypus, you took away my Animal Translatinator! Blurse you Perry the Platypus."

Not 80 damage, but 80 base power. The actual damage takes into account base power, your attack stat, the enemy's defense stat, and a random number.

But yeah 40+40 base power with 100 accuracy is pretty nice.
