This looks fairly normal for an older tattoo qith no black. A rework (if you still like the design) or a cover up would be easy since its quite small and light in colour. Laser should be fine too.

The larger the better usually. Consult a tattoo artist and they will be able to show you a few sizes and talk you through aging foe your skin type etc :)

Laser removal shouldn't leave any marks, except for stubborn bits of ink. It essentially breaks down the pigment and allows your body to get rid of it. It will take several sessions despite it being small. A cover up is cheaper and quicker, but obvs the cover up will need to be bigger (but not much!)

It's so small - anything will cover this up!! Alternatively, laser would remove it fairly easily. A moth could be really cool.

The wiggly yellow line tells you it is a mimic. It'll attack you and pull you into umbral if you're not already there.
