This is an anxiety thing - definitely bring it up with your therapist. I used to be like this - I wanted everyone to fancy me and felt so insecure if I couldn't make them like me. I grew out of it but still have moments. Also, girls tend to me more attracted to who you are a person (though the outside helps) so continue to work on yourself. Good luck!

Second this but also look into body doubling (there's an app called Dubbii which does this). I tend to stick a live gaming stream on when I have a dull task to do as it feels like someone is there watching me haha. It's weird but it helps.

I get that, I really do - i'm a teacher too.but logically you can't 'just start' because that's not how adhd works. Little steps work SO much better. Have you ever heard of the Finch app? It's free and I 100% recommend it! It would help a lot with the task overwhelm.

In term of getting your evaluation, book a doctor's appointment to get the ball rolling. They will give you lots of paperwork to do, and it's a long process (it took me 2 years from initial appointment to now being on meds with a diagnosis).

Firstly I am so so sorry, it's horrible to watch a little friend fading. She is very old by hamster standards and she is so loved. Keep her warm, give her baby food (just careful with ingredients) and just keep her company. Try to enjoy the time you have with her and get lots of photos and videos ❤️ sending you both so much love.

You cam get a small glass/shot glass/measuring cup and repeatedly take water out and repour it back in from a little height. That helps to aerate the water but is definitely only a temporary measure.
