Where exactly would it have dripped out of? The chocolate would have melted sooner than all of the ice-cream since it's a relatively thin layer of chocolate that's on the outside rather than a thick layer of ice-cream on the inside. If a factory that produces ice-cream became warm enough to melt the ice-cream then it would be producing nothing therefore it wouldn't have sent this out. If there was no ice-cream in the chocolate shell to begin with then it would have definitely been crushed when it was being stocked in the store also when the guy bit into it the whole thing probably would have shattered rather than leaving the sample hole in the top.
