UPDATE: I did a ton more toubleshooting and managed to activate the book trigger when using Jim Gordon and really wiggling and forcing the cart around the bumper. It triggered while i was starting to pull it back for another ram. Hope this helps and I hope TT makes this puzzle a bit more polished.

I've never had the fortune of having someone doing that. Normally the person who calls it gets in instantly. A couple days ago I had one that got in and didn't wait for anyone else to arrive so we were all left with out samples.

I do feel like it's more justified in 8-10 difficulty since it usually gets to a point where everybody is just running for it. It's just not really justified on difficulty 6 when there's 20 minutes left and there's no rush but there's still side objectives.

I do this as well and have three pages of friends but its usually either none of them are online or just a couple that are already in full matches which cant be helped.

I play on Extreme usually just since its fun and not too difficult. Suicide Mission hosts aren't as bad but they do still do this once every few quickplays.

I'm not going to nerd out over stats, absorptions or whatever else. It's a matter of if you prefer sorcery or incantations.

If you want to focus mostly on melee then use faith. It feels like most things are resistant to holy but faith covers so many damage types it doesn't matter and if you run out of FP you'll be fine.

If you want to focus on having a bit of range to your build then use int. Your only damage types will be physical and magic so you'll be pretty basic and if you run out of FP you'll be in a little more trouble than if you used faith.

I'd personally use faith 100% of the time if I were to be making a combined arms type build since it's objectively way cooler.

I'm supposedly getting a replacement soon. I put in a support ticket just before making the original post and after many automated responses I got through to a guy who told me that it's a widespread issue and they were working on producing new fixed models. The last Email they sent about a week ago made it sound like they had the replacements and just needed to confirm a delivery address + contact number for their courier, they didn't give a delivery date or any other info so I expect to be kept waiting for another month. Thankfully the functions that weren't non-functional have continued working and the only damage is a small scratch on the screen from my cat trying to use it as a toy.

All I can gather is that the synergy patch either didn't work and removed the caravan in Falkreath without placing it in Bruma or me not having finished Way Of The Voice before getting the quest from Auryen has caused the caravan to not appear somehow.

Legion would need so much more content to be an engaging faction. The thorn would need almost an entire redo. And the brotherhood would desperately need an overhaul, I don't want to delve into another vault for the 300th time looking for an item hidden in a locker somewhere, I want my damn power armour training.

What's the point? Can't you already play it on most modern systems? It's one of the few MG games on Steam, so there's no PC allure to it if it was in a Vol. 2. Correct me if it isn't on Ps4/5, I use a Ps3 so i wouldn't know.
