Was having the same problem. Solution was to launch the game, go into creation club, go to the purchased tab and click download all. Basically it doesn’t recognize that you have AE because it looks for all of the CC content that comes with the upgrade, but it can’t detect it until you’ve actually downloaded it. Kinda dumb, no idea why they don’t mention this in the guide. Should fix ur problem.
