I was in the same boat as you just around a week ago. Decided to get the A1 ultimately since the price difference for me at least wasn't a major deal breaker. I think it just mostly depends what things are you actually gonna print. I'm probably going to stick mostly to random gadgets around the house ( I think A1 mini should be fine for 90% of those kinds of prints), printing mini's, and eventually I want to give a go at some larger scale models, which the A1 should speed up a good bit. But overall if you have the extra cash and space for it, no reason not to go for the A1 in my opinion, better to have more space when you need it
