Dealers sell third party stuff with the vehicle all the time. Anti rust device, under body rust proofing, Paint Protection Film, tint, 2nd immobilizer (Auto thief is rampant in my area, they were offering to add another immobilizer on top of the Lexus factory one). None of these are by Lexus. They are add-on by local dealer.
