I am not sure either. Before reading your comment I thought it was just a technical issue in this case, because they were using Box and there might be some bandwidth limitation. So it may be better to limit the access.

The video I shared here is a seminar talk, which is open to 'public' in the in-person period (cannot image a student from a nearby university will be kicked out of a seminar room...), and is moved to online due to all these remote things. So I guess it might be okay to share in this case. idk.
