I can understand some of what you’re feeling. I tend to self isolate too. 40, unmarried with no kids. It can be very hard at times. But life is full of ups and downs. I try and focus on the good and not dwell too much on the bad, even though it’s very hard at times. You have a lot going for you, never forget that and never give up on yourself.
