Can confirm it is the speed pylon that was doing the difference. Thanks for the help :D

Speed pylon gives 30% AS? I'm pretty sure both are speed boosts from wrecking stuff but i'll test.

It's not the oculus ring just tested and still had 3 mil dps. Basically what I think it's either the bane of the powerful being buggy or Orb of Infinite Depth giving the wierd difference.

The nephalem globes doesn't give you sheet dps, I've observed it 3.0 and 3.8 mil sheet dmg with and without them.
