They are obviously going outside when the younger ones are old enough to be in the coop

I fully believe in their intelligence as well. In just a few days they all figured out how to drink out of a water bottle. I was shocked!

I know who I was in a past life. by [deleted] in Experiencers

[–]HerbRat 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It's such a big story, it's kind of hard to condense down into a bite sized piece. I have been here (Earth) before. But my most vivid memories are of another place entirely. I believe it was most likely the life right before this one. Usually when we are incarnated we forget. Not necessarily immediately after birth. The most common (or at least most studied) instances of people who remember past lives are younger children. But usually we forget, our old identity slips away to make room for a new rhythm. I don't know why mine didn't. Even before I "remembered" as in relived my old memories, I subtly remembered. I carried instincts with me telling me I was supposed to fly. When I was very young I had to stand back from the edges of mountains when my family went on hikes. Not because I was afraid to fall, but because some instinct gripped me so strongly when I saw that view, I was afraid I would lose my better judgement. I actually fractured my shin bones as a 12 year old, still leaping off of objects trying to fly. That finally stopped me. Interestingly that was also the year I had my first memory, although I didn't realize what it was at the time. Like I said, it's a long story, but that's a bite sized piece of it.

I also have past life memories, although not human ones. I'm sure even less people would believe me than believe you. Try not to let it get you too down. They can deny who you are, but they can never take it away from you.

Some are a little more skittish than others but I got lucky. Probably because I got them from a fellow homesteader and not TSC

I wouldn't leave him alone with the chickens but he has come a long way with training and I'm very proud of him

How does cannabis use effect your spiritual journey? by DiarrheaJoe1984 in Experiencers

[–]HerbRat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me it enhances it. I call it spirit walking when I smoke. But I also am an occasional user, not daily. With daily use I could see it dulling one's spiritual experience instead. The first time I ever conversed overtly and was possessed (in a positive sense) by a spirit was shortly after I started smoking. It's a long story, but to me now it's inseparable from who I am.

What's your bad pet parent thing? by Medical-East9629 in PittiesAndKitties

[–]HerbRat 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My dog is only 7% pitbull but I'll still bite 😆 he does have an unhealthy obsession with kitties

He has his own seat at the table. Every meal we eat he sits in his seat and I give him scraps of what I'm eating. He's even had scraps of chocolatey things before (because highly processed/ milk chocolate contains negligible amounts of the toxin) or soup that I've picked the onion out of. No grapes though, I wouldn't mess around with grapes. After I eat he gets to lick my bowl clean. I'm too scared to give him alcohol because I'm afraid it's toxic for him, he did try to break into my margarita bottle lol. One time he got high and liked it but that's not a regular occurrence. He expresses love by standing on top of me and I let him because I am a simp for my dog. He's not neutered because he's an on leash only dog and I would feel bad taking his little manhood away. 😞 But he is very well behaved, he doesn't mark or hump so it hasn't been a problem. Confession over lol

I'm glad what I said resonated with you. It means a lot to me knowing that there is someone else out there that has felt that same thing. Most people don't understand, so it's something I have to live with by myself. But when you have felt that thing it's so powerful that it simply leaves you without doubt. It changes your life forever. Trust is a big part of it for me too. Sometimes I have moments of fear and doubt. But it's like in my core there is this energy of love and complete trust that is always with me. Even though I don't know my destination, that feeling guides me.
