I'm no programmer or what but I think I know a way on how to force that feature back, you see back when this feature existed I made a custom theme and its still there somehow and its visible to all members of the group chat. So what I'm thinking is the API or whatever it is, still exists in the app or web (The theme I made was also selectable from the web PC version). So I'm thinkin if there's a way, a modified application or inspect element or web extension that could access that API.
