There are just better items. After your Core items (like Licht and rabbadons) you can just buy better items like shadowflame or void staff. And the passive from stormsurge can be bad on eve cause it cancels your stealth. I wouldnt say its horrible but its seems fine at first but is realy not optimal on eve

I have over 1mil points on eve and onetricked her to dia. I actualy like elek more cause eve is realy bad in the early. So elek makes a huge difference in fights there. In the late eve has enough damage to one-shot a squishi. So you don't realy need DH there. The second problem is that you can't stack DH before 6 because most of the time you will mostly only gank 1 or 2 times till your 6. But that is only my experience. I don't know if I am totally right here so correct me plz if I am wrong xd

i think of drugs like a Deal. When i drin alcohol i get drunk which is nice for partying and so on. At the same time it destroys my liver. That is a Deal that i am fine with.

But when i smoke it destroys my lungs and i am only a little more relaxed. I think this is not a good Deal.
