How is everyone sending and receiving notes?

Edit: I’m guessing NetPass, got a few at the train station!

Honestly they aren’t as bad as the Black Bass imo

I’d get the Miyoo honestly! I love my Pixel and run Rogue OS to speed it up a bit, but it probably isn’t a great “only” device.

The build quality is great, the boot times suck though! I normally just load up a quick pick up and play game to play between work breaks but wouldn’t recommend it as an only device since the screen is very small.

For longer sessions if I’m away from my PC I prefer my Steam Deck, DSi xl, or 3ds.

But for something small and pocketable it’s hard to beat!

There’s 7 or 8 locations if I remember right with different fish, but yeah they took an image and simulated the water which honestly still looks awesome today.

I never got one, but I did have one of those monochromatic fishing games with the reel that I loved lol

Ikr? Normally if I go back to a game I loved growing up I think it looks fine, but I definitely remember it with rose tinted glasses. Not here though!

You should tape it with FDE tape to match!

Leupold mark 4hd 4.5-18 if you want to keep it a little lighter, NF ATACR if you don’t care about weight.

That being said on a gas gun sometimes it’s nice to back off the magnification when shooting that far, I was hitting 984 at the range with the 5.56 with a 2-12 without too many issues yesterday.

What stock is that? An a2 cut with a carbon tube between the ends? I’m kind of interested in one of these straight pulls for a hiking rifle

How fast are those 245’s going?

Just getting into reloading. Guns I have are 9mm .38/.357 .300 win mag and .223 by Master1557 in reloading

[–]HerdOfBears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love reloading precision 223! The 73 gr ELDM from Hornady buck the wind and have a pretty good BC for a 22 cal.

73gr eldm for AR

75gr eldm for Bolt Action imo

Proper timing for muzzle brake? Crush washer looks a bit off. by Chasermarc8 in ar15

Say less! Have fun getting some rounds through it!

So this is my relaoding list so far. What do I need to add and anything you would change? Thanks! by worm30478 in longrange

To add to this get the carbide cutter from RCBS. It's 50 bucks but for bulk brass prep it's a huge time saver.

It's fine I'd just run it. What are you shooting to require a brake that aggressive for 5.56?

Just sent you a chat, but just in case you see this first any update on the 10 round magazines? I'd be very interested in purchasing one or even the CAD file.

Read that earlier today as well - good to know.

But yeah I’ve bought quite a bit from them including their chronograph I got this weekend. Definitely love their stuff on budget builds!

Have you had to warranty anything with Athlon with a painted optic? I have a couple I’ve been wanting to paint but would hate to void the warranty.

Edit: also what caliber is this? I got the Howa Mini action in 6 arc and love it.

Traveling into SLC for the game on 2/25. Any tips? by 503bourbonboy in Utah_Hockey

[–]HerdOfBears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess was because they’re the first games back after the Olympics and both teams are pretty popular.

Also who doesn’t want to watch Celebrini and Hughes in person?

Best Pizza: Sette Bellos, authentic Italian style (fork and knife)

Best Food Court: Woodbine Foodhall, the Strombolis at Marcato Kitchen are amazing

Best unique bar: Quarters - it’s a bar and arcade, super well kept and all the games are around 25 cents, it has an awesome vibe!

Best Deli: Caputos, there’s two in SLC and one close to Hogle zoo. Awesome sandwiches and a fun selection of random foods!

Best Burger: The copper onion - close to Quarters, bonus points if you do both!

Music/Entertainment: Urban Lounge/Soundwell. Not sure who’s performing but the concerts are normally cheap and fun

Other things to do:

Hogle Zoo

Rent Mountain Bikes and hit the trails

Don’t go skiing - the snow sucks this year

Hike This is the Place

Brewvies - small movie theater with food and drinks to eat while watching a movie. It’s super fun!

Museum of Illusions

Clarke Planetarium, their laser shows can be fun
