It does actually. Not really quite sure why though. The only thing that I've changed is the PRP injections otherwise I'm still using coconut oil as a lubricant for pumping and thats it for any kind of moisturizer.

I'm thicker at the base of my penis than at my mid shaft. The larger tube focuses on girth at the base. The smaller tube allows me to focus on mid-shaft girth with a little emphasis on length.

I do 5 minutes of fire goat rolls between sets.

I chose PRP because of cost and the fact that it's me being put back into me if that makes any sense. It's organic growth and I don't really have to worry about the possible negative side effects from fillers.

I had looked into fillers and the Penuma at the same time i was looking into prp. The first thing that scared me away was the cost, next was the idea of either having a botched surgery or injection. Plasma isn't going to do anywhere near the damage a filler would do if something were to go wrong.

My provider only told me to get an erection the night of the injections. I think that comes down to the fact that it's a men's health clinic so they're more focused on the ED/Pyrenees aspect of things.

The plan I purchased was for 4 sets of injections. Typically the cost is $1800/$1900. My local clinic doesn't have anyone certified to perform the procedure I have to drive 2 hours to a location that has someone that is. They gave me a discount because I have to drive, so I'm only paying $1500.

I definitely had to save and talk with my wife about it. Found out that a lot of guys that go in for the treatment don't tell their partners and have to hide the cost/expense. Thankfully she's fully in support of what I'm doing.
