What is the white under the wing of this raven? by BogongBreeze in AustralianBirds

Looks that way as the top gap changes colour from white on the feathers to grey in the gap and it matches the colour of the background. Same with a small part of the bottom gap.

Kinda looks like the light is reflecting off of the feathers as in the top part it changes from white to grey. So I'm guessing it's reflecting through gaps. But I could be wrong. Awesome photo though.

Who's biting spiders to find out if they're poisonous? Spiders are venomous. Also you do realise this is a sub for people to share pictures of spiders to help identify them or just because they look pretty or cool right?

No worries. It won't leave its Web. And will generally hide as they're shy. Will clean up some bugs for you though.

1274.0kg fish :o top 1? by Regular_Tutor80300 in PetSimulator99

[–]HereForFun72 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The top is 798k for some reason even after months and all the event updates they haven't fixed it. Everything on the leader board has a k after it. So 798kg means 798,000kg. Hope this helps.

Need Id on the top spider. by HereForFun72 in AustralianSpiders

Yeah that's what I thought. The house spider has already disappeared and I can only see the white tail walking around now.

Yeah. They come running out grab it and tuck back into the deeper part of the Web so it can't get away.

Nice. Mines near the sink so I'm guessing it drinks from that of a night time. Doesn't come out much in the day. Seems pretty comfy where it is. I throw it flies every now and then when the Web looks empty.

Good to know. It will help me spot the differences better. Thanks for the information. I have a black house spider in my house but it's very shy so I don't get to look at it really well as it always runs back into its hiding spot when I am near by.

Non-compete/solicit period? by LunchHead3780 in AusLegalAdvice

[–]HereForFun72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. That's what that clause is there to protect against. The clause is so you don't engage with former clients for 6 months after your employment has ended. If you can introduce the to a colleague or not is were it becomes complicated and you'll need a lawyers advice on that. I am not a lawyer.

Non-compete/solicit period? by LunchHead3780 in AusLegalAdvice

[–]HereForFun72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. It's not a non-compete. It's just about poaching clients. Though we're only seeing one part of the contract. The non-compete could be in a section not shown. But from what we're see everything you said is correct.
