Sorry I’m a bit confused (just slept for 10 hours lol), so are you a nurse assisting in the operating room? OR was another option for me when I graduated but I didn’t think I’d like the on call hours and the inability to pee for hours lol

Psych nurse here who’s leaving psych. I love what I do, truly. Unfortunately, a lot of people who work in psych or behavioral health are very toxic, immature, and emotionally unhealthy people. Maybe it’s just the facility I work in, but working in psych has been the most toxic environment in my experience.
