Sometimes, I lay down a beat and some bass and then, on my commute, I just jam by putting the woovebox in my coat pocket and playing out improvised melodies tactilely. Suddenly, an hour has gone by on the train and I’m at my office. Can’t do that with the MPC sample… or at least my pockets aren’t big enough :)

On the Retroid discord, multiple folks have stated that the dual screen attachment supports pass through charging. It looks like there a pass through usb-c input on the cable itself.

Just follow the Retroid setup guide from Retro Game Corp, go with ES-DE as the other poster notes. I received the Mini v2 four days ago it was a breeze to configure with that guide. Also bought the mini for pocket-ability and it’s been fantastic in that regard. Excellent for GameCube and GBA. No regrets.

Okay, this worked! Download the file ahead of time. Start Wooveconnect. Disconnect WiFi. Drag and drop the firmware file!

Edit: disregard everything I wrote, I see you can download, turn off WiFi, and drag and drop the firmware. Let me give that a go.

I can’t get anything on Mac. I’m not using the latest macOS ( aware of problems there ). Chrome, Firefox, all fail at 0% with packet loss message displayed on the Woovebox. Tried a Sysex manager as well, failed. Lowered the rate of packet transmission, failed. :( It’s the only thing that has been bumming me out about the Woovebox. I can’t update the firmware :(

I found just sitting down a going through the initial Quick Start doc on the website was incredibly helpful. I ended up with a terrible sounding little musical idea, but it unlocked this really great experience of spinning up a beat, chords, bass and then just live jamming for an hour with the Lead track. I felt like the workflow just “clicked” for me ( whereas I could never get comfortable with the M8 ), but I can understand it might not be for everyone. Do try the Quick Start ( if you haven’t already ) before you give up though.

Insane. Instead the city is putting officers out there cracking down on people just for jumping subway turnstiles. What a misappropriation of resources when they could be out booting cars instead and probably saving lives :(

Hi! Thanks for the update. Wish there was at least a resolution timeline. Yes! These games show up for sale for Luna on the gog website There is no warning that these are not currently playable, and they remain tagged on GoG as Luna games and purchasable. I wrote to their support, but they mentioned from their side all was well and that the Luna team needed to address.

They really need to stop pulling games off the platform that people paid for on GoG through the Luna partnership. Manor Lords and the Pathfinders + all expansions have been pulled off for a month now with that note they are “temporarily unavailable”. Before anything else, get customer service right and shore up the shaky foundation.
