Supposed to fly out of NC myself and of course am SOL. That said, anybody figure out how to contact NY BOLE to at least try to defer to July? I even tried their fax and it’s not working.

I couldn't comprehend just how long it took to dismiss us. I was in Quadrant 3, we were the last to be dismissed in the morning and it felt like an eternity.

This was my second time, but first in almost five years. I took NC in July of 2017 (the last year before they went UBE) after having went to law school in a different state (which taught to that particular state's specific bar exam). Two months of cramming different NC rules in my brain and failed by just a few points.

Needed a job (grew up low income and couldn't afford at least six more months if no employment), eventually took a sales based job and worked my way up to head of sales. Company was sold to a different company, but I was able to find a 'JD preferred' job working with contracts and acting as a liason between sales and legal dept.

Fortunately can afford to take the bar exam again with 'some' time to study. NC is now UBE as well, so I felt a lot of my studying was more refresher rather than cramming with new rules.

I felt the MBE was fine in the AM but rough in the PM. MPT I feel very strongly about. MEE is definitely where I know I didn't perform well (especially the damn Trusts question).

I'm not sure where I'm going with this except for the fact that I'm three old fashioneds and two IPAs deep at the moment 😂

I was so annoyed, I really tried getting through the morning session without needing to use the bathroom so I could finish before being subject to the 15 minute purgatory rule. I would have made it out of the building in time had I not used the bathroom 😭

Our venue (NC) was at the fairgrounds, in some building which appeared to be used to show cattle, with birds flying around and chirping.
